As it begins to get dark earlier and earlier, children will have more opportunities to see and talk about the MOON. This is a baby-friendly version of the sign for MOON.

Do you sing the song "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" with your little one? For many children this song is a daily routine. Giving your child the sign for SPIDER will give your child a way to ask to sing this song, to discuss holiday decorations, or to point out a common household visitor.

Is is time for a sweet treat? The sign for CANDY allows children to ask for a treat without pointing and fussing. Partner the sign for CANDY with the sign for apple to ask for a special fall treat, a CANDY apple.
